
Senior Technical Product Manager, Space Planning, GREF - Global Product

- Own product requirements for a primary customer base of GREF's new planning product
- Develop product strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Work collaboratively with Engineering and UX on product definition and features implementation
- Work closely with all stakeholders to define and optimize the launch plan for new product(s)
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators for success
- Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA
- Strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex business problems
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment; willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholder teams across Amazon, including Tech, Product, and Business teams

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
