We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Lineage Operating System (LinOS) Product Team. On this team, you will ensure the success of our systems used to dynamically control warehouse operations (both people and automated systems) and pave the way for our long-term plans to expand usage of these systems throughout our global network. A successful candidate should have the capability of managing large groups of disparate stakeholders with competing priorities, the capacity to execute a strategic vision, and the ability to effectively manage the delivery and deployment of this vision. Building relationships throughout the organization as well as external partners is a critical component of this role and a candidate should have the capability of liaising with multiple interested parties, understanding market needs, setting appropriate expectations and driving to those results. This is a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities and a significant emphasis on innovation. Consequently, this individual should have outstanding communication, organization and change management skills.Duties and Responsibilities
- Create short and long-term roadmaps that align with company initiatives and goals
- Understand business needs for all stakeholders involved
- Set and execute the strategic vision for the LinOS platform
- Effectively prioritize and communicate the requisite functionality to the development team and our stakeholders
- Validate the requirement gathering process and the translation of functionality to user stories
- Coordinate with product managers across different teams to align roadmaps and deliverables
- Lead yearly and quarterly planning sessions for upcoming development
- Create communications to stakeholders for large initiatives and monthly updates
- Bachelor’s (BA or BS) or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years previous experience in product, preferably as Product Manager supporting new software builds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with engineers, business analysts, UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in navigating complex business situations and identifying short and long-term solutions that benefit the business and customers
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
- Logistics or Supply Chain experience; warehouse operations experience a plus
