We support 1300+ customers with Enterprise Architecture Management, to efficiently organize, plan, and manage their IT landscapes.We're seeking a talented Renewal Manager to drive customer renewals and revenue growth across US. As part of the Customer Success organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Renewal Management team from the ground up. In this role, you'll take charge of renewing contracts, fostering transparent communication, and strategizing for future scalability.WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Lead the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring customer retention and maximizing ARR.
- Foster proactive communication with customers, clarifying contract terms, sending renewal quotes, and promptly addressing concerns.
- Develop innovative renewal strategies and scalable processes for our newly formed team.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to prevent churn and with Account Executives to execute upsell opportunities.
- Join a seasoned Customer Success team equipped with cutting-edge tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years' experience in working with both legal and procurement teams.
- Proven experience in contract renewal or account management within complex corporate structures, ideally in the tech sector.
- Experience building out the renewals motion within an organization, including processes and documentation.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software, end user experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and negotiation skills
