- Recruit and respond to prospective KYSU Online students in a timely manner, using a variety of outreach tools and techniques including phone, text, and email, and ensure prospective students are qualified and interested to enter a program of study.
- Coordinate and conduct campus tours for KYSU Online prospective students and new students and transfer orientation.
- Conduct student appointments to provide program and other relevant University information to prospective students.
- Advise prospective students on admissions, degree options, and requirements, including the transfer of academic credits, and financial obligations.
- Ensure new students are oriented to college policies and procedures prior to enrollment.
- Conduct follow-up activities for proper advising of undergraduate students throughout the application process.
- Collaborate with the Concierge Student Support Advisor and provide a warm handoff when it is time for the student to enroll in courses.
- Participate in prospective online student engagement activities (e.g. information sessions and/or education fairs)
- Effectively utilize University CRM software and defined enrollment processes.
- Exhibit effective management of assigned student base.
- Display competency in report and data management of student database to achieve goals.
- Serve on University and external committees as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in higher education or related field.
- One to three years of experience in enrollment management or related field.
- Experience in proven admission practices.
- Experience with Banner, Parchment, and CRM Systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop credibility and trust with a wide range of constituent groups and be a successful resource to the KSU community
- Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of comprehensive student databases, CRM systems, and information systems
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, use sound judgment, and make ethical decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Demonstrated competency in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Technologically savvy and experienced in utilizing electronic admissions applications.
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- No or very limited physical effort is required.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
