This is an on-site role with regular travel in the area to meet clients and build relationships.
You’ll build a client base by connecting with insurance adjusters, realtors, plumbers, and property managers—focusing on trusted, long-term relationships rather than high-pressure sales.
Ideal candidates have a background in business development, marketing, or sales—especially in restoration, construction, or home services.
Grit, good character, people skills, and a self-starter attitude are essential.
