- Lead Social/Digital creative development for different audiences, tracking performance throughout the year and optimizing it as needed.
- Lead Influencer Program from briefing to execution, tracking performance and recommending content to be amplified by paid media.
- Lead claims articulation and graphics development for new products and restages that address consumer needs while following brand architecture and regulatory guidelines.
- Leading the development of sell-in tools such as demo videos and sales kit that enable successful New Products launch.
- Own Digital Shelf, including PDP development and optimization and Rate&Review programs in time for the season.
- Leverage data to uncover insights and growth opportunities for the brand, driving insight into action.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the brand, including forecasting, budget management and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject and 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- MBA preferred.
- Brand Manager experience and/or other commercial roles (eg: shopper, sales, etc).
- Prior experience with creative agencies and/or e-commerce.
- Prior experience with cross-functional teams.
- Agile, curious, courageous, creative, self-starter.
- High sense of urgency.
