What We’re Looking For:A technically oriented professional who excels at problem-solving and has a customer focused approach to join our information technology team. This is an entry level position offering an opportunity to expand your technical skills while working with a growing organization. Communication and being a team player are key, as is being self-motivated to learn and grow. We need someone comfortable working in a manufacturing plant, you will occasionally be in the plant, which is not climate controlled, fixing workstations and troubleshooting faulty systems. Flexibility and strong critical thinking skills are required to be successful in this role. We have a fast-paced environment and need someone that can keep up!Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Much of your day will consist of break/fix issues as they arise.
  • Assist with software, hardware and security patches upgrades.
  • Support our office staff to keep the company running smoothly: Email, VPN, Security/Access, Office Equipment (Computers, Printers, Scanners, etc.), Troubleshooting, Updating software, etc.
  • Manage phone system setup and maintenance: IVR, and desktop devices.
  • Work with the IT Manager to maintain security & surveillance systems.
  • Act as secondary support for wireless access points, network/performance issues.
  • Manage company IT Inventory, assisting with tracking, orders and supplies.
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and have equipment ready when needed.
  • Secondary Support for Servers and VM maintenance.
  • Provides support to ERP System Admin and IT Manager for daily tasks as needed.
  • Special Infrastructure Projects.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree in IT or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, & Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Windows and Apple devices.
  • Prior knowledge or willingness to learn various MFA solutions.
  • Interested in learning and maintaining security and monitoring systems-NVR, RMM
