- Much of your day will consist of break/fix issues as they arise.
- Assist with software, hardware and security patches upgrades.
- Support our office staff to keep the company running smoothly: Email, VPN, Security/Access, Office Equipment (Computers, Printers, Scanners, etc.), Troubleshooting, Updating software, etc.
- Manage phone system setup and maintenance: IVR, and desktop devices.
- Work with the IT Manager to maintain security & surveillance systems.
- Act as secondary support for wireless access points, network/performance issues.
- Manage company IT Inventory, assisting with tracking, orders and supplies.
- Anticipate upcoming needs and have equipment ready when needed.
- Secondary Support for Servers and VM maintenance.
- Provides support to ERP System Admin and IT Manager for daily tasks as needed.
- Special Infrastructure Projects.
- Associate’s degree in IT or related field.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, & Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Comfortable with Windows and Apple devices.
- Prior knowledge or willingness to learn various MFA solutions.
- Interested in learning and maintaining security and monitoring systems-NVR, RMM
