- Oversee the enhancements to, and ongoing support of the E.H.R. system.
- Demonstrate competency as an advanced E.H.R. user, including configuration settings, software functionality, and end-user experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of how the system's functionality supports clinical service delivery and revenue cycle management workflows.
- Translate business requirements into E.H.R. system processes.
- Support implementation of all new functionality in the E.H.R. system
- Oversee development of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
- Manage the creation and revision of electronic forms templates, and reports.
- Manage the configuration, security matrix, mapping, and maintenance of the E.H.R.
- Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field and CareLogic system experience.
- 1 to 3 years' experience working with an E.H.R. system, writing SQL queries, or using report writing tools such as Caboodle, Crystal Reports, Pentaho, Tableau, Power BI.
- Critical thinking skills to successfully oversee the administration of an electronic health record for a high matrix, cross functional organization.
- Must be able to work as a team and independently.
- Must have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a Valid driver's license with no more than 5 points, and current automobile insurance.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
