- Provide consultation to guests as needed to determine their unique needs and expectations.

- Ensure the privacy of each guest.
- Provide prompt service with each appointment and performs services within the appropriate allotted time.
- Provide consistent professional body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Properly care for the equipment and uses proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
- Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
- Provide general hotel information for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests' needs are being met.
- Maintain training and credit hours required to sustain state issued Massage Therapist license.
- Restore and restock treatment rooms to a neat and professional manner after each service.
- Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, clinics and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Valid Colorado massage therapy license required.
- At least two (2) years previous experience giving massage and body treatments in a similar setting preferred.
- At least one (1) year customer service experience required.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must have a strong passion for assisting guests in attaining their beauty and wellness goals.
- Must be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
