- Lead management of email and mobile marketing campaign workflows using Monday.com, tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables from ideation through launch.
- Serve as the central liaison between internal stakeholders (fundraising, creative, analytics) and the external email/mobile marketing agency to ensure seamless communication and campaign execution.
- Maintain and update the integrated email and mobile marketing calendar to coordinate messaging cadence and avoid overlaps.
- Oversee and coordinate content preparation, including copy, creative assets, and segmentation data, ensuring all materials meet brand guidelines, legal compliance, and quality standards.
- Facilitate proofing and approvals, shepherding campaigns through internal review processes prior to deployment.
- Work closely with the web team to manage ticketing for donation forms, landing page inputs, and related campaign web assets to ensure timely delivery and consistency across platforms.
- Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and communicate progress/status updates to all relevant teams.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and data teams to ensure campaign content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for both email and mobile platforms.
- Review and proofread email and mobile messages for clarity, correctness, and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
- Support segmentation and personalization efforts by coordinating data inputs and segmentation lists for targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to optimize user experience across channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by team and divisional leadership to support broader initiatives and organizational goals.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience managing digital marketing workflows or projects, with a focus on email and/or mobile marketing.
- Proficiency with project management tools, preferably Monday.com, JIRA or comparable platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional grammar, style, and attention to detail across all written materials.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Experience coordinating content development and approvals in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality content and compliance standards.
- Collaborative mindset and proven ability to liaise effectively between internal teams and external vendors.
- Must be available to work on weekends and after hours as needed to support emergency response campaigns.
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience working within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Familiarity with email service providers (ESPs) and mobile messaging platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of mobile marketing platforms and SMS best practices.
- Experience working with external agencies or vendors in a marketing capacity.
- Basic understanding of fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
- Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: Target Salary for this position is $66,300 – $74,100 base salary
- Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $60,350 – $67,450 base salary
- Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $54,400 – $60,800 base salary
