- Support deployment of the Advanced Part Qualification Process (APQP) related to the development phase of Bought-Out Parts following Faurecia purchaising requirements
- Follow the APQP progress with the status report and make decisions in collaboration with the program team
- Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied
- Use IT tools (e-PPAP...) to monitor Production Part Approval
- Manage actions plans with suppliers in case of deviation
- Support progress/convergence plan with low-performance suppliers involved in Program in cooperation with Supplier Quality Development Engineer
- Support the process qualification at supplier (control plan, trial run and rate, process audit)
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering is desired. If the candidate has less than a Bachelor's degree, the minimum proven experience in the Automotive industry should be 3-5 years
- 3 years of proven Quality function experience in the Automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards and methods (ISO-9001, IATF-16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.)
- Knowledge of:
- OEM specific quality requirements
- Company's products and technologies
- Faurecia Management System and Quality Basics
- Skilled in Six Sigma
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Autonomy and Leadership mindset
