Oversee production scheduling and inventory management
Manage and optimize converting operations including FFG and RDC equipment
Develop and implement standardized operating procedures
Coach and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence
Collaborate with sales and planning teams to optimize production flow
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
10-15 years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in management
Proven experience in corrugated manufacturing operations
Expert knowledge of FFG, RDC, and SFG converting equipment
