We’re seeking an Engineering Project Manager who is passionate about engineering, innovation, and making a real-world impact. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy managing complex projects from concept to completion, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoAs an Engineering Project Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of advanced water treatment technologies like MIEX® systems. Your role will span:🔹 Project Management
  • Oversee multiple projects (5+) globally from initiation to handover spanning months to yearlong project timelines
  • Manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and vendor/customer relationships
  • Lead project meetings and resolve issues proactively
🔹 Engineering & Design
  • Develop and review equipment designs and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external designers
  • Support pilot plant evaluations and process engineering
🔹 Procurement & Commissioning
  • Manage procurement and vendor coordination
  • Provide onsite technical support during installation and commissioning
  • Develop training materials and conduct hands-on sessions
🔹 Safety & Compliance
  • Champion safety, health, and environmental standards
  • Participate in risk assessments and audits
What You Bring✅ Education & Experience
  • BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental preferred)
  • 5+ years in water/wastewater industry with project management experience
  • Familiarity with process equipment and design tools (SolidWorks a plus)
  • Strong communication skills across all levels—from plant operators to senior managers
  • P.E. license desired

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with occasional field work and travel
  • Skilled at cross cultural communication verbally and in writing adapting approaches to meet customers cultural nuances
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; MS Project experience preferred
