- Investment clubs

- Seminars
- Webinars
- Propose and sell services to new investors
- Onboard new investors
- Direct communication with investors
- Tracking of sales metrics
- Maintain client relationship management (CRM) database
- Operations
- Creation of processes and procedures manual
- Track KPIs weekly and submit to manager
- Meet weekly with manager to go over sales trackers
- Support day-to-day operations
- Provide input to improve our processes
- 5 Years industry experience
- Sales background with completed training
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Marketing experience to find new properties
- Investment property experience in buying and selling
- Property management experience
- Experience with property renovation
- Three (3) professional references
- Valid driver's license & own reliable transportation a must
- Dress Code: Business professional
- Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
- Base Salary + Commission $30k-$250k
