Job Description:Job Overview:Performs technical skills and provides assistance to surgeons, anesthesia personnel, registered nurses, and other professionals in the operating room. Performs similar duties in other areas of the hospital as assigned.Job Requirements:High School Degree or GED
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)Job Responsibilities:Demonstrates competent performance for the position and knowledge of the unit through understanding of policies/ unit goals/ organizational goals.
Pursues educational opportunities related to field of expertise thru internal and external training opportunities
Communicates professionally with team members/customers related to patient care situations
Works closely with team members to assure that needs of the unit/patient/customers are met
Participates in unit based quality initiatives
