
Head of Clinical Operations

- Provide strategic oversight of all telehealth and clinical operations to align with company growth, efficiency, and service delivery goals.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary clinical and support teams, ensuring accountability for execution, workflows, compliance, and service excellence.
- Grow and scale the clinical services to other clients and regions.
- Develop and implement standards, protocols, processes, decision support systems, and benchmarks to drive continuous improvement in clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate clinical activities and communications with clients and payors.
- Oversee clinical services vendor management and contracting.
- Serve as the clinical operations expert for cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, product, compliance, and HR.
- Collaborate with executive and technical teams to launch new programs, enhance digital platforms, and expand service lines.
- Own operational KPIs-analyze data, set benchmarks, and drive sustained performance.
- Lead strategic initiatives related to service expansion and business model innovation.
- Act as a change agent-removing barriers, driving transformation, and accelerating execution.
- Proven success leading clinical operations in a healthcare or telemedicine environment.
- Deep knowledge of EHRs, automation, systems design, and digital health tools to enhance clinical and operational performance.
- Experience leading cross-functional and clinical teams across multiple states or regions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Experience with KPI development and performance management.
- Experience in vendor selection and contract management within clinical operations.
- Preferred Clinical Background: 3+ years of direct clinical care experience (RN, RD, pharmacist, APP, or similar).
- Preferred Domain Experience: Background in weight management, cardiometabolic health, or chronic disease management.
- Starting Salary: $150,000 - $180,000*
