- Builds and maintains relationships with employers.
- Assists with securing interviews tailored to clients' job goals.
- Collects and records client progress and employer feedback.
- Partners with local groups, agencies, and businesses for enhanced client services.
- Arranges and supports employment-related events like job fairs, employer workshops, business tours and mentoring events.
- Traveling within your service area for essential appointments with business partners, clients and community partners.
- Strong communication skills.
- A high degree of self-direction and the ability to work well independently.
- Experience assisting individuals find employment.
- Experience and interest in helping others overcome barriers.
