- Provide group therapy.
- Administer and score standardized psychological assessment measures including tests that measure intellectual and adaptive functioning and achievement.
- Coordinate and ensure consumer involvement in the Person-Centered Planning Process (PCP).
- Meet with consumers face-to face as deemed medically necessary.
- Development & implementation of each consumers Individual Plan of Service.
- Participate in legal proceedings, petitioning, and testifying in clinical emergencies.
- Communication with internal/external bodies (CMH, guardians, advocates, etc.)
- Facilitate the coordination of consumer's intakes, discharges, and transfers.
- Coordinate with nursing staff to offer behavioral supports before & after appointments, accompanying consumers to appointments & obtaining relevant information when medically necessary.
- Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:pm (flexible schedule)
- One day per week every other week
- One weekend every other month
- Additional $50 for on-call duty during Monday to Friday
- Additional $100 for on-call duty during Saturdays and Sundays
- Additional $150 for on-call duty on holidays
- Bachelors Social Work Degree required. Master Social Work Degree preferred.
- You possess or are in progress to receive the one following licenses: Licensed Bachelors Social Work (LBSW) or Limited Licensed Bachelors Social Work (LLBSW). Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) OR Limited Licensed Master Social Work (LLMSW), Licensed Psychologist (LP), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP), Limited License Counselor (LLC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred.
