The role requires collaboration with various teams including engineering, sales, and quality to manage equipment needs, tooling, and technical issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, developing new manufacturing plans, implementing cost-saving and quality improvement measures, and maintaining ISO standard documentation. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical), at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and MS Office.   • Solve Problems Creatively: Tackle technical challenges on the shop floor with savvy and resourcefulness. Work closely with our Quality Department to root out issues and deploy effective solutions.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Work across a spectrum of departments like Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure a cohesive and proactive manufacturing environment.
  • Document & Standardize: Develop and maintain critical manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and establishing clear, effective routings for existing products.
  • Lead Critical Projects: Take charge of essential projects and see your ideas come to life in tangible, impactful ways.
