A successful Account Manager proactively engages with current clients to ensure we remain a trusted partner while also prospecting when visiting physical locations. Continually proposing solutions that meet the needs and objectives of our clients.Why join Glass America?Base salary + bonus + car allowanceFinancially stable and growing companyCompany benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and Paid Time OffPrimary ResponsibilitiesUtilize CRM to create daily routes, making a note of each visit in the system.Identify accounts that will be a part of your outside sales activities for a sales cycle.Establish face to face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop and expand long lasting relationships.Track book of business account metrics.Use the promotions budget as needed to navigate the sales process.Maintain a strong working relationship with the Operations Team within assigned territory.Preferred Skills and Qualities3+ years successfully selling business services.Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives and metrics.Experience in account management / outside sales / B2B sales.Auto Glass, Automotive and/or Insurance industry knowledge is a plus!Excellent organization and time management skills.Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.Part of Boyd Group Services, Glass America operates in 35 states.
