- Know you or way around commercial bakery equipment.
- Impeccable punctuality
- 1 to 3 years experience baking slow mixed artisanal bread.
- Math and computer skills to be able to adjust and scale recipes in Excel.
- Ability to lift and carry 50-pound bags of flour.
- Always be ready to interact/communicate with every single person in the organization.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Food Handlers Certificate.
