
Workday Developer

- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or a closely related field.
- Five (5) years in implementing and maintaining Workday modules, specifically Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with other ERP solutions.
- Experience with at Least 1 full implementation

Job Responsibilities:
- Owns the technical components of the ERP application development lifecycle management.
- Creates and maintains complex integrations and interfaces between ERP and other applications.
- Builds and maintains APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for seamless integration with other systems.
- Performs data mapping to ensure data consistency and format compatibility between the ERP and integrated systems.
- Develops advanced, custom, and matrix reports using ERP solution Report Writer.
- Designs solutions considering performance, scalability, and maintainability, creating technical documentation to guide development.
- Plans and executes unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintains and supports ERP non-production environments.
- Supports and maintains other SaaS solutions deployed on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Analyzes business needs and translate them into technical specifications, develop, test and deploy changes.
