- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Director of NASC Engineering, supporting in senior-level meetings and critical decision-making forums.
- Lead and oversee critical engineering and technical initiatives across multiple teams, aligning projects with the organization's strategic goals and roadmap from planning to delivery.
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications and recommendations, synthesizing complex technical and programmatic information into actionable insights.
- Establish and maintain scalable program management practices that balance efficiency with appropriate oversight.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, key stakeholders, and engineering teams, driving consensus on complex cross-organizational challenges.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Lead data-driven decision making for resource allocation, priority setting, and business case development for major initiatives.
- Mentor and develop program managers and strategic engineers across the organization while actively participating in hiring processes to build high-performing teams.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
