Kforce has a client seeking a remote Project Manager to join their team. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative within our Data Engineering Technology Team. This role requires strong Agile/Scrum expertise, Waterfall expertise and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to drive complex a Info Sec project from inception to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Info Sec engineering project(s) using Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
  • Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a technology or data-focused environment
  • Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering technical projects
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and Infor Sec concepts and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
