  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as estimating, procurement, and accounting, to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, tracking costs, and implementing cost-saving measures when possible.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits, obtaining necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Implement and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders.
  • Mitigate risks by proactively identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
  • Facilitate effective change management processes, managing scope changes and contract modifications.
  • Prepare and present regular project progress reports to clients, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in construction project management.

  • Construction related degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
  • Multifamily experience a big plus
  • Working knowledge of estimating, bidding, client relations, and trades.
  • Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
