This position is contingent upon contract award.The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) to oversee all aspects of IT and cybersecurity support for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP)'s enterprise systems. The ST PM will lead technical staff and ensure the delivery of compliant, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires a seasoned IT leader with a strong background in federal cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and large-scale IT program execution, particularly in DoD environments.Work LocationHYBRID, Washington DC area.
