Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Perform high volume of customer billing consisting of Create weekly time and equipment invoices for our client utilizing multiple templates in excel and other formats. Invoices will be for labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as invoicing, preparation of payroll and Accounts payable reports.
  • Analyzes and organizes incoming payments.
  • Assist project management team with billing procedures and updates on Purchase order statues.
  • Ensure completion of all company documents and send all necessary paperwork to corporate on weekly basis.
  • Assist with preparation of AR aging and other reports for management team.
  • Assist management in various administrative duties and special projects.
  • Provide customer service to customers regarding any invoicing issues.
  • Release and close out POS once payments and reconciliations are completed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years-of-age or older.
Education & Experience
  • 2 + years of proven experience as Billing Specialists.
  • Outside Utility experience (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet programs and the ability to turn large volume of data into meaningful information.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of variables in situations
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the analytical ability to solve problems and issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to deal with time constraints and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Pre-Screen
  • Upon offer, employees are required to subject and pass both a pre-employment drug screen and background and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
  • Driver's License Preferred, but not required
