Job Title: RN SupervisorLocation: Legacy Health and Rehab – Fort Smith, ARPosition Type: Full-Time | Day and Night Shifts Available | Rotating WeekendsCompensation: Competitive Pay + Shift Differentials + Leadership Bonus PotentialNow Hiring: RN Supervisor – Lead with Compassion and Clinical Excellence at Legacy Health and RehabLegacy Health and Rehab is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team. This role is ideal for a skilled RN who has at least one year of experience in long-term care (LTC) and a strong foundation in clinical operations, staff supervision, and resident-centered care. As an RN Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring high standards of care, guiding clinical staff, and supporting the overall mission of the facility.We are looking for someone who is not only clinically strong but also a natural leader and communicator—someone who can mentor, motivate, and uphold quality and safety standards throughout every shift.Key Responsibilities: * Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff during assigned shifts
  • Conduct and document nursing assessments, implement care plans, and ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor changes in resident conditions and intervene as needed, including communication with physicians and families
  • Oversee medication administration, wound care, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and best practices
  • Facilitate shift handoffs, incident reporting, and emergency responses
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
  • Support staff development through on-the-job coaching, problem-solving, and performance feedback
  • Participate in care planning meetings, quality assurance initiatives, and survey readiness
  • Promote a culture of dignity, safety, accountability, and resident-centered care
Qualifications: * Active and unencumbered RN license in Arkansas
  • At least 3 year of RN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
  • Strong working knowledge of wound care, medication administration, chronic disease management, and regulatory standards
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills in high-acuity environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (experience with paper-to-digital transitions is a plus)
