- Full-time position with a minimum of 4 clinic days per week
- 35 patient contact hours weekly (standard full-time)
- Outpatient only - no OB or inpatient responsibilities
- Call rotation approximately 1:8, phone only
- Support from a robust hospitalist program at nearby ProHealth hospitals
- Epic EMR is integrated across the system

- Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).

- Provide primary care services for Family Medicine patients, from routine check-ups and preventive care to complex diagnoses and management of chronic conditions.

- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes.
