Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Maintenance Technician (DIRECT HIRE)
Location: Erie, PA
Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
Shift: Night Shift - Flexible schedule - 7pm-7am rotating days or 8 hour shift M-FWhat's the Job?
  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, and utility systems regularly or in emergency situations.
  • Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts to update and maintain fixtures and machines.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities on building systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose problems by troubleshooting machine operations and collaborating with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment as needed.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical training preferred.
  • Three to five years of machine maintenance experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in machinery and facilities.
  • Basic English comprehension (verbal and written) for effective communication.
  • Willingness to work on any of the three shifts, as required.
