The key function of the Corporate Recruiter role is to match the right people to the right job. A Kestra Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and be responsible for creating innovative ways to manage full cycle recruiting across multiple business units. This position will build relationships with hiring managers, market jobs, source, screen candidates, negotiate compensation and make job offers to candidates while providing a first-class candidate experience.
