- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- MBA.
- 13 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Knowledge and experience with Google's suite of Experimentation solutions (Conversion Lift, GeoX, Causal Impact).
- Develop and implement the strategy for testing and learning across the ALCS organization. Lead large-scale product initiatives and gain consensus from senior stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Cultivate relationships with third-party measurement providers and industry groups.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive research that informs the go-to-market approach.
- Partner with Data, Measurement & Analytics (DM&A) Specialists to test and validate new go-to-market strategies.
- Work with gTech to streamline workflows and scale the impact of DM&A efforts.
