- Strategy & Ideation: Lead brainstorms and develop comprehensive creative briefs. Shape research queries, analyze data, and translate insights into compelling strategic recommendations for both internal and client projects.
- Agency Marketing: Lead all internal and external marketing initiatives, including social media content, thought leadership, PR, newsletters, and awards submissions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as a creative and strategic steward, working closely with Talent and Influencer, Partnerships, Integration and Communications teams to ensure all work is bold and strategically grounded consumer insights, KPIs and the industry landscape.
- Cultural Curation: Immerse yourself in cultural trends across music, sports, film, and tech to identify opportunities and bring fresh, inspiring ideas to the agency.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative and/or strategy role at an advertising, marketing agency, or brand.
- You will have worked with data, you know when and which numbers to trust and are well adept at crafting the right story with the right data. You can demonstrate this through your previous use of social listening, audience insight, media monitoring and trend tools.
- You have worked across multi-disciplinary teams, comfortable collaborating with diverse parts of the business.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to visually present ideas through slides, social posts, mood boards, and frameworks.
- Must be a nimble, proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for turning insights into unexpected ideas.
- You have a deep curiosity and understanding of cultural currents across music, sports, film, social, tech, marketing etc. and can articulate how brands can authentically tap into them.
