  • Applies fundamental level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common reporting and process issues
  • Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interpret policies
  • Assists in understanding the requirements by using past experiences to properly design out reports real-time with users
  • Design and develop Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports as required and identify new design patterns and prototypes functionality as required
  • Diagnoses and repairs issues as needed
  • Deliver technical expertise to non-technical users and clients
  • Meet with leadership and departmental management as required to provide delivery expertise
  • Work with peers to develop points of view, new solutions, processes
  • Become familiar with and adhere to reporting and data delivery deadlines

  • 4+ years of related experience in analytics and report development
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft SSRS and SQL Server
  • Solid experience in SQL and T-SQL
  • Experience in applying concepts to meet various business needs and then translating the needs into design specifications and then building out the required solution
  • Experience in data cleaning and preparation
  • Experience in data analysis and exploration - SQL and Python
  • Experience in creating data visualizations - Apache Superset, Power BI etc.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and reports - Apache Superset, Power BI etc.
  • Experience in writing and communication experience
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft core products (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Statistical knowledge
  • Domain knowledge - Healthcare
  • Problem solving experience
  • Proficient building calculations and presentations in SSRS using T-SQL over SQL server to meet various business and reporting needs
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate relational databases with little supervision or guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to future reporting that will be done with the "OCM 2_0 - OCM Compass" application that provides standardized and ad-hoc reporting capabilities with advanced data modeling and AI/ML use cases
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ETL/ELT experience
  • Postgres, Compass, SASS, Snowflake or any RDBMS experience
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet's

The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
