
Command and Control Information Systems and Simulations Trainer

- 2+ years of experience with adult training
- Experience with using the official system program and product manager's training products or using the commercial software and hardware developer's technical and training materials
- Ability to deliver operator-level training in accordance with established training plans
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and up to 12 hours a day outside of normal work hours
- Ability to move, transport, and set-up equipment weighing up to 30lbs
- Ability to remain stationary for up to 30% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with U.S. military training or supporting military operations
- Experience with Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Force Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) Joint Capabilities Release (JCR), Force Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) Joint Battle Command – Platform (JBC-P), Mounted Mission Command - Software (MMC-S) or Tactical Mission Command (TMC) servers
- Experience with Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) simulations
- Experience with creating training plans and materials
- Knowledge of Battalion and above staff operations
- Completion of foundational instructor or facilitator courses, including Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer, Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), or equivalent for sister service instructor course
