ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but are not limited to):
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the rehabilitation unit, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at promoting patient recovery and independence.
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, treatments, and responses, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, treatment options, and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery.
Collaborate closely with registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery.

Current and valid state license.
Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
IV certification upon hire (state specific).
