This role is central to our success—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while fostering a positive and productive team environment.This is more than a management position—it's a leadership opportunity within a company that values respect, communication, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentProvide hands-on leadership for 1st shift production and production support teamsSupervise and mentor 2nd and 3rd shift leadsSet clear goals, provide coaching, and evaluate performanceSupport employee development through training, guidance, and daily engagementEnsure company policies and procedures are followed consistentlyPromote open communication and a culture of accountability, respect, and teamworkProduction OperationsMeet daily production goals and customer deadlinesTroubleshoot machine and process issues to reduce downtimeDrive cost savings and waste reduction effortsMonitor efficiencies and collaborate with engineering to meet performance targetsManage weekly staffing plans, including PTO coverage and overtime needsMaintain accurate production records and reportsQuality & SafetyPromote and enforce quality systems, standards, and proceduresParticipate in corrective action planning and GMP trainingLead and support safety programs, incident investigations, and corrective actionsEnsure 5S and cleanliness standards are consistently upheldWhat You BringMinimum QualificationsAssociate degree in Supervisory Management or related field plus 2+ years of leadership experienceOR 6+ years of leadership experience in a production environmentManufacturing or production background preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team-building abilitiesEffective communicator and problem solverComfortable learning and working with various manufacturing equipmentProficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning systems like Oracle and SPC (Infinity)Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCommitment to continuous learning and improvementWork Environment & RequirementsWork performed on the manufacturing floor and in an office settingFrequent light to medium lifting (10–30 lbs); occasional heavier lifting (up to 50 lbs)Regular movement throughout production floor and equipment areasMinimal local travel; occasional regional/national as neededWhy Join Us?Supportive, hands-on leadership cultureOpportunity to grow with a company committed to innovation and excellenceClear path for development and advancementA collaborative environment where your ideas are heard and valuedStability, benefits, and a team that genuinely cares about each other’s success
