- Performs superior/quality CT scans under the guidance of a Radiologist on all ages
- Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards, radiation safety guidelines that include monitoring
- Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities
- Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology Technology
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
- Registered with the State of Texas
- Registered with ARRT (Army graduates must take their ARRT registry with in twelve months of their hire date or earlier if mandated by the State of Texas), and Texas (MRT)
- CT Certification through ARRT preferred
- Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.
- If current employee participating in a cross-training program, all training will be completed under direct supervision of a registered technologist.
- Certification in alternate modality is required within 6 months of completion of training.
