Express Employment Professionals is looking for Brake Press Operators for a manufacturing plant on 2nd Shift! Come work for a well-known growing organization who prides themselves in promoting internally. This facility is temperature controlled and organized. They are currently working overtime. Candidates MUST HAVE LONGEVITY in past rolesPay: $18-20/hr to start; PLUS an extra $2/hour once hired on 2nd or 3rd shiftSchedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm **May need to train on 1st shift, and OT may be required on Saturdays**Work includes:
Set up and operate a hydraulic press or punch press
Select correct tooling for the job
Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues
Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications
Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience
Machine operating experience
Previous press experience WITH set up is a huge plus!
Basic math skills
Ability to read and understand blueprints
