DescriptionJOB TITLE: Quality AnalystCLASSIFICATION: ExemptDEPARTMENT: QualityREPORTS TO: Quality ManagerGeneral Position Summary: The Quality Analyst is responsible QMS document control, external NC investigation, and supplier management..   • Required to create procedures and provide document control.
  • Establishes and monitors traceability and identification of raw materials and products.
  • Responsible for internal audits schedule and implementation.
  • Responsible for non-conformances management and validation.
  • Follows up on supplier CAR’s and corrective action validation.
  • Evaluates trends and provides KPI reports for leadership team.
  • Provides support on special projects and quality meetings.
  • Must work well with others in a team environment.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area.
  • Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Specific Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications
  • Problem solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to formulate and communicate quality standards and measurements.
  • Strong, effective written and oral communications.
  • Ability to compose clearly-written functional test plans and verification scripts against detailed product requirements.
  • Strong Microsoft based software ability.
  • Reasoning ability.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Must have good judgment of color.
  • Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Education and/or Experience
  • Preferred, Bachelor’s degree
  • One or more years of relevant quality assurance experience.
  • Combination of education and experience determined by hiring manager.
