
Property Coordinator

- Assists with administering the terms of contract provisions that specify the company’s obligations to acquire, control, use, care for, report, and disposition of property
- Supports all property management functions, including Acquisition, Receiving, Records, Physical Inventory, Subcontractor Control, Reporting, Relief of Stewardship and Liability, Utilization, Maintenance, and Property Closeout
- Uses system tools to manage and communicate property information and establishes/maintains property records
- Receives, delivers, transports, picks up, disposes, and stores property
- Uses property control technology and performs physical inventory of materials and equipment
- Participates in the scheduling and planning of inventory and reconciliation projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be self-motivated, have good professional interaction skills, and possess good organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Well-developed computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and web browsers
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively to meet changing business needs
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license
- Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in property management, stock control, stock inventory, or supply techniques
- Possession of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or be able to demonstrate experience pulling trailers
- Possession of an understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Industry Leading Practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to Property Management
- Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification from the National Property Management Association (NPMA) or ability to obtain within 1 year from your date of hire
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- $31,500 - $61,000
- Salary commensurate based on education and relevant experience
