The estimator position is a cornerstone for the clarity and value that this company brings to the table.Estimator Responsibilities:Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costsUtilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as neededWrite up and present budgets, reports, and project plansDevelop and manage estimates on multiple, simultaneous projectsWork with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomouslyEstimator Qualifications:5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projectsB.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is strongly preferredProficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, etc.)Willing to relocate to Grand Rapids, MA
