
Bed Control/Staffing Coordinator

Administer daily staffing levels in line with patient acuity and census, working to optimize resources across departments. Accurately record and communicate sick leave and other absences to relevant department managers, maintain schedule changes, and gather data on both productive and non-productive work hours.Bed Placement Management:
Oversee patient placement by maintaining a current, real-time database of patients, their locations, and bed availability status hospital-wide. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure timely and appropriate patient bed assignments based on care needs.Data Maintenance and Reporting:
Generate and report staffing and bed availability data as needed for planning and management purposes, helping to support data-driven decision-making processes.
