Bristol Glen, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is thoughtfully designed to provide person directed care in a home-like environment to ensure exceptional care and quality of life for our residents.Requirements for a Human Resources Director:
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or applicable experience. Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years general experience in HR, 3 + years experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws
  • Member of SHRM, with SHRM CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR Certification (have certification or willing to obtain).
Responsibilities for a Human Resources Director:
  • Recruit, engage, serve, and retain an workforce of highly competent and compassionate associates.
  • Support community associates and enhance their work performance by effectively administering their benefits and compensation and promoting their personal development.
