We are currently hiring for a lifeguard to join our National Lutheran Communities & Services family. You will have a high level of resident interaction and will strive to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. The lifeguard mainly performs continuous surveillance of the guests in the pools within our Aquatic Center and performs rescues or responds to emergencies/accidents appropriately. There will be teaching opportunities as well.This opportunity will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday (6:30 a.m.-4 p.m.) with alternating Saturdays (8 a.m.- 1 p.m.)The salary range is $17.50 to $19 per hour based on experienceRequirementsYou will need a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and we will train you on our process and culture!
