You’ll play a key role in taking projects from plan review to successful completion while supporting both the office and field teams.Key Responsibilities:Read plans and perform on-screen takeoffsCreate project budgets and prepare customer proposalsManage projects during production to ensure on-time, on-budget completionSchedule job-site visits with the Production TeamPrepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and develop estimates for specialty projectsExtract technical details from plans as requestedCommunicate with customers and team members via phone and emailHandle additional office tasks and special projects as assignedPreferred Skills & Experience:Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam (preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with excellent time management skillsPrior HVAC or mechanical construction experience a plus📩 Apply today!
