
Principal S2P Program Manager

- The S2P Program Manager, Principal will report directly to the S2P Business Strategy, Senior Manager.
- Recognized STP subject matter expert who represents client procurement teams and stakeholders in the overall Business & Technology Modernization program.
- Supports all project phases as representative of the procurement process in design workshops, socialization, and confirmation, business requirements for L3/L4processes.
- Facilitates socialization of future state design concepts with peers.
- Validates/confirms business requirements against documented regulations and procedures.
- Identify gaps and cross functional design requirements and solve unique and complex problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions.
- Coaches and mentors less experienced employees
- Collaborates across the organization to ensure alignment of goals to support program.
- Responsible for utilizing other departments and teams to meet program goals.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of related experience or equivalent
- Proven track record of successfully working in cross-functional projects and teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong change management mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree preferred
- PMP Certification
- Ability to use understanding of the business to help drive strategic decision making, and to recommend operational improvements
- Ability to lead the largest most complex projects across the line of business supported (i.e. Customer Care, Human Resources, etc.)
- Deep knowledge and expertise of business and or industry drivers
- Ability to lead large and complex projects working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to create compelling business cases based on complex business environments and inputs
- Adept at addressing issues with diplomacy and tact
- Travel may be required.
