We are seeking an energetic and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students in a Christian Academic setting.You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.Responsibilities:
- Follow a comprehensive curriculum
- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
- Change diapers and/or Potty Train
- Communicate with parents and other school personnel
- Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- DCF 45 Hrs. (Preferred)
- CPR Certified (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
