Flexibility is key, as you'll also accommodate night school inspections, with our classes ending at 10:00 pm.WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As our Cosmetology School Director, you'll eagerly oversee daily operations for the day and night school and enhance key processes like facility inspections, budget management, and staff mentorship. By fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere, you'll uplift your team through training, goal-setting, and smart hiring, all while guaranteeing our educational facilities are thriving and effectively utilized. Collaborating with the management team, you'll also explore new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulations. We seek an energetic leader who proactively solves problems and fosters an inspiring environment for future beauty professionals on their educational journeys.IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Cosmetology School Director:
  • High school degree and some college education
  • Experience working at a private school or beauty school
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Ability to analyze data, create goals, forecast outcomes, and track ROIs
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a clean environment
  • Strong business, finance, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional team-building skills
