- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret operational and maintenance documents dealing with Insitu’s ScanEagle UAS, as well as ArgenTech Solutions' and US Governmental requirements for operating in AOR and AFLOAT deployed status.
- Coordinate real time customer desires with respect to UAS tasking and assisting the UAS Operator to place the sensor point of interest on the desired target.
- Respond effectively to operational inquiries.
- Write mission reports, and give post-deployment presentations to customers and management.
- Execute mission and deliver full motion video and payload data.
- Perform UASand ground support equipment testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Company subject matter experts to resolve issues beyond the scope of field maintenance capability.
- Manage all aircraft maintenance log books, supporting documentation and spreadsheets are up to date and provide information daily to the Site Lead for SITREP input.
- Conduct and document maintenance actions.
- Conduct inventory of UAS spares/components and reports cycle counts.
- Conduct on-site formal/informal technical training.
- Read, analyse, and interpret operational and maintenance documents dealing with Insitu’s ScanEagle UAS, as well as ArgenTech Solutions' and US Governmental requirements for operating in AOR and AFLOAT deployed status.
- May be integrated into the flying schedule if a qualified Operator as determined by the Site Lead to maintain currency and to support personnel shortfalls if encountered.
- Respond effectively to operational inquiries.
- Write mission reports, and give post-deployment presentations to customers and management.
- Conduct preflight planning to include mission briefings, analyzing weather forecasts, checking Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs), Special Instructions (SPINs) and airspace requirements.
- Evaluate customer's mission requirements and determine operational needs.
- Coordinate mission specifics with UAS crew and Air Traffic Control (ATC) and review Airspace Control Plan and Mission Logs.
- Execute mission and deliver full motion video and payload data.
- Complete post-mission reports/logs.
- Conduct demonstration flights.
- Perform UAS and ground support equipment testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Company subject matter experts to resolve issues beyond the scope of field maintenance capability.
- Conduct and document maintenance actions.
- Conduct inventory of UAS spares/components and reports cycle counts.
- Conduct on-site formal/informal technical training.
- Current background investigation and clearance may be required.
- Capability to pass a Company background investigation.
- Certification or ability to become certified Insitu UAS Operator, Mission Coordinator and/or Maintainer
- A minimum of one year as a UAS OP/MX or MC in a deployed status.

- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to obtain an FAA class II medical certificate.
- Ability to pass rigorous Medical/Dental/Psychological pre-deployment screening per customer requirements, MOD17.
- Ability to lift 85 lbs overhead.
- Ability to carry and maneuver 85 lbs for medium distances.
- Ability to work in small, cramped spaces.
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders and ramps while carrying up to 85 lbs.
- Ability to bend and/or twist legs, arms and body within normal range of motion.
- Ability to stand and walk without rest for at least two hours.
- Ability to perform required job duties outdoors in conditions that may include extreme high and low temperatures, rain, snow and high winds.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Military/Civilian aviation experience, including FAA private/commercial pilot or A&P certifications.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Additional foreign language fluency.
- Experience operating and/or maintaining the ScanEagle UAS.
- Experience delivering systems training.
- A high-degree of computer literacy: prior experience with software/hardware installation, knowledge of computer networking to include TCP/IP, Ethernet, and fiber optics.
- Three or more years of related experience (Aviation, UAS, ATC)
- Associates degree in a related discipline
